1. Definitions

- “Customer”: Any individual or entity utilizing the services provided by the Company

By using the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the Services.
3. Services
Veritas Analytic provides laboratory testing and analysis services. The scope of Services will be defined in the service agreement between the Company and the Customer.
4. Sample Submission
- 4.1 The Customer is responsible for properly collecting and submitting Samples in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
- 4.2 The Customer must ensure that all Samples are labeled accurately and contain the necessary information.
- 4.3 The Company reserves the right to reject Samples that are improperly labeled or do not meet the submission criteria.
5. Confidentiality
- 5.1 The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all Customer data and test results.
- 5.2 The Company will not disclose any Customer information to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except as required by law.
6. Test Results
- 6.1 Test results will be provided to the Customer within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.
- 6.2 The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the test results.
- 6.3 Test results are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
7. Payment Terms
- 7.1 Fees for Services will be outlined in the service agreement.
- 7.2 Payment is due within [number] days of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
